Local Ballarat Father & Son builders Doug & Sam Farquhar together have over 40 years of industry experience building homes in Ballarat. Former directors of Quattro Homes Ballarat (Established 2014), Sam carries on his passion for building quality homes in Ballarat while guiding clients through the process of design & construction with Status Homes. As a third generation Ballarat builder, Sam is passionate about building quality homes for fellow Ballarat locals, and focusing on developing long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Status Homes are a small team of 10, all Ballarat locals, each playing a vital role in the administration and construction process of your new home. Included in our team are a small crew of local carpenters that share the same passion for building quality new homes in Ballarat.
