Status Homes offer a standard range of Home Designs as well as a Custom Home design process, where clients have the opportunity to work alongside our Draftsman and Builder to bring the concept of their dream home to life with expert advice and guidance.

Our inclusions are flexible and can be altered to include as much or as minimal as requested, as we understand each client’s requirements vary depending on a range of different circumstances. As a small business with fewer overheads, Status homes are capable of offering a unique building experience where clients deal directly with the Managing Director Sam, who is a qualified carpenter & registered Building Practitioner. Sam is the immediate contact from the beginning of the process until completion.
