Status Homes focuses above all on quality over quantity – building quality homes rather than turning over as many homes as possible. We ensure that our standards are not compromised by limiting our annual building capacity, never building or taking on more than what can appropriately be managed & maintained at one time. As a general rule, as one Home is handed over, another can go to site. Although this may mean that in some instances new clients may face indicative waiting periods to get to site, taking this precaution ensures quality control. Any potential waiting periods will be advised upfront. Once on site, our homes are always delivered on time.
